We now offer pickup at our warehouse located in Downtown at 1600 East Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Pickup is available Monday-Saturday. At checkout select PICKUP before checking out.Ā
Once your order is placed, our warehouse will begin to prepare the order and you will receive an email/text when it is ready for pickup. Because items can be located multiple warehouses, we do daily transfers between our locations every morning. Allow up to 24 hours for pickup.Ā If you place your order before 11am, you can expect it to be ready for pickup later that afternoon.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns. Because our inventory comes from multiple locations, we will only be issuing refunds for manufacturers defects.
