Shipping & Delivery

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We understand that many of our customers are shopping for upcoming events, which is why we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday and are typically shipped as soon as possible after they are placed. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time may be eligible for same-day processing, depending on order volume and product availability.

We currently offer standard ground shipping, with delivery times varying based on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

At this time, we do not guarantee two-day or next-day delivery.

Orders over $250 qualify for free standard ground shipping.

2. Shop & Pick Up In-Store 

Shop & Pick Up In-Store at our warehouses in Vernon & Downtown Los Angeles (California)

Shop & Pick Up In-store at our warehouses located in Vernon at 4927 Pacific Blvd, CA 90058 and Downtown at 1600 East Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Shop In-Store and Pickup are available Monday-Saturday. But orders can take up to 24 hours before they are ready for pickup as items come from multiple warehouses. At checkout select PICKUP before checking out.

Once your order is placed, our warehouse will begin to prepare the order and you will receive an email/text when it is ready for pickup. Because items can be located multiple warehouses, we do daily transfers between our locations every morning. Allow up to 24 hours for pickup. If you place your order before 11am, you can expect it to be ready for pickup later that afternoon.

International Deliveries

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States of America. For all other countries we are happy to work with your US based freight forwarder. The time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.

4. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We are pleased to provide the largest selection of products available . To do this and remain profitable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We stand by our products 100% and will swiftly take care of any manufacturer defects. In the rare case you come across a defect contact us right away so we can correct in time for your event.

5. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

6. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and Apple Pay. For security purposes, ACI Party does not store your payment information on file.
